Our approach
Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is a broad topic. Our global D&I strategy and initiatives focus on five areas: gender equality, mental health and wellbeing, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity, and social mobility.
Our D&I Committee approves and monitors our D&I strategy and initiatives, with progress reviewed by our Board each quarter.
We have a global D&I partner, who sits on our Board, and a network of D&I Champions across our international offices who implement D&I initiatives locally.
