Tony is a solicitor in the Shipping Department of the Hong Kong office of Holman Fenwick Willan. He has been recognised as a “Recommended Lawyer” in the Asia-Pacific region for Ship Finance by The Legal 500.
Tony possesses extensive experience in transactional and commercial matters, primarily providing legal services in asset finance, general financing, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. His practice encompasses ship financing, sale and leaseback transactions, general financing (including syndicated and bilateral loan transactions with or without asset security), shipbuilding transactions, sale and purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has advised borrowers and lenders across diverse industries on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions and ship financing. He also advises regularly on ship/yacht sale and purchase transactions. Additionally, he provides legal advice to traditional ship/yacht owners on a range of various commercial matters.
Tony frequently works with international clients and supports businesses with operations across the globe.
Tony is qualified to practise law in both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
