Rush has previous experience working for and advising industry associations, and is able to bring his knowledge in these areas to assist in managing and addressing organisations complex people problems.
In particular Rush is able to assist clients to navigate Australia’s employment law framework through advice on compliance, interpretation of modern awards, industrial agreements, legislation and policy. Furthermore, Rush is able to provide a range of practical advice on areas of performance management, navigating disciplinary matters, restructuring and redundancies.
In addition to advisory work, Rush has experience in assisting in representation and drafting of submissions for parties in Fair Work related proceedings.
