About Daniel

Daniel is an Associate in the construction team at HFW, specialising in construction disputes and avoidance. He has experience of a range of dispute resolution procedures including arbitration, litigation, mediation and adjudication. He also has experience of risk advisory and non-contentious work, including advising on and negotiating complex EPC contracts and associated construction contract documentation.

He has experience of advising contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, employers and insurers on a wide range of projects, both in the UK and internationally. He advises in a variety of sectors including infrastructure, energy and offshore.

Daniel is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
