Sheree is an Associate in the Sydney office working in the Employment team. Sheree has experience in advising clients across a wide spectrum of employment relations matters, including in relation to performance management, disciplinary matters, navigating employment investigations, termination of employment, managing ill and injured workers, redundancy and restructuring, and discrimination. In addition to advisory work, Sheree also has experience in preparing, assisting and representing employers in contentious matters, including in the Fair Work Commission.

With significant in-house experience, Sheree understands the challenges faced by employers and is well placed to address her clients' specific business needs and provide practical and commercial advice to employers. Sheree has particular experience in the IT industry, having recently worked in an in-house role in an Australian and New Zealand IT business.
