Nordic plan, itc OR ADS/DTV: HOW DO THEY RESPOND TO CURRENT TRENDS? 

HFW, Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein (Hamburg) and Thommessen (Oslo/Bergen) would like to invite you to our third biennial seminar on 14 March 2019 comparing the Nordic Plan with the position under the English ITC and German ADS/DTV.

Summary 

The seminar will consider the delineation between H&M and P&I cover for third party risks, the detention of vessels by states and the effect of sue & labour provisions in relation to loss of hire cover. There will be an opportunity for open discussion of the issues at the end of the seminar, which will be led by Richard Neylon and Alex Kemp of HFW, Dieter Schwampe and Maximilian Guth of Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein and Andreas Meidell and Henrik Hagberg of Thommessen.

The seminar will be followed by drinks and canapés.
