Henry advises on contract terms and disputes under time charterparties and contracts of affreightment, bills of lading, commodities sale and purchase contracts, joint ventures, shipbuilding contracts and MOAs, including general average and jurisdiction whether in Court or arbitration. He recently returned from Hong Kong where his industry focus was on shipowners and operators, traders and container liner operators engaged in China/Asia-Pacific trades, and in particular, cases involving parties based in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

He is ranked highly in both the Global and Asia-Pacific editions of Chambers and is recommended in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2019 guide. One client in particular describes him as "a good lawyer, a smart guy and someone I have a lot of time for." (Chambers Global 2018). Another client states that he is "easy to communicate with, always thinking about the case and the strategy" (Chambers Asia Pacific 2019).
